The Northern New Mexico Radio Control Car Club has been in existence since 1987. Our club is dedicated to the hobby and sport of Radio Controlled Car Racing. During the Spring, Summer and Fall months we race 1/10th and 1/8th scale electric and nitro powered off-road vehicles as well as 1/10th scale electric touring cars. In the Winter we race 1/18th, 1/12th and 1/10th scale electric on-road cars indoors on Ozite carpet.

It was a light day of racing with only 4 classes run. We appreciate all those who came out to join us despite the holiday.
We are in the process of putting down a new layer of pure clay before our next race. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Drop by the track whenever you have time and just wheel some of the new clay over to the 1/10th scale track and spread it out. Don't bother too much with trying to break apart the chunks as we will use a compactor to flatten everything out.
Hope to see everyone at our next race on Saturday, July 11!

An awesome day of racing with perfect weather! We ran 7 classes overall and there were 15 drivers. The day was not without tragedy however as a Li-Po battery and an ESC were lost in separate incidents. Thankfully no one was injured and damage was minimal. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next race!

Unfortunately our race today was washed out by the weather, but not before we ran on-road in the morning. Thanks to everyone who came out and hoped for the best with all of us. We hope to see you all at our next race on Saturday, June 13!
